payment schedule
- We require that a 50% deposit be paid prior to the start of the design. Deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours.
- 25% of the balance* is due when final layout is approved. Any changes after this will be billed hourly.
- The final 25% balance is due prior to drawings being released. Any changes after this will be billed hourly.
* Balance is based on final SQFT
Additional fees:
- Site Visits $300 (Min) Billed at $100 hr.
- Architectural Committee Updates.
- Non-Standard Structural Engineering updates.
- Non-Standard code updates.
Engineering fees are not included in SJD LLC Rates.
We are happy to send the plans to the engineer of your choice, or we can recommend some that we work with.
